Our team activates the plan on your organization as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing to reinstall, and your data stays as it is.

About plans and limits.
What counts as an attempt?
Each time a student starts a test owned by your organization, whether in a scheduled event or for practice. Retakes count again. Limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Why are new tests and groups limited each month?
Creating tests uses our AI assistant, which has a real cost for every draft, and copies of partner tests count the same way. Tests and groups count when they are created, so deleting one does not free a place. Everything you already have keeps working, and the count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
What happens when we reach a limit?
We warn you on your dashboard as you approach it. At the limit you see a message with a link to upgrade, and new tests, events, groups or invitations are paused until you upgrade or the month resets. Students already sitting a test are never stopped, and attempts have 10% headroom so an exam in progress isn't cut off.
How much do we save by paying yearly?
Yearly billing is 25% less than paying monthly: Pro is $135 a year instead of $180, and Premium is $360 instead of $480. Your plan runs for 12 months from activation.
Can we add attempts for one busy month?
Yes. Attempt packs add 1,000 attempts for $15, for the current month only. They suit exam season without moving to a bigger plan all year.
What if our plan expires?
Everything keeps working for 7 days after the paid period ends, so there is time to renew. After that the organization moves to Free limits. Nothing is deleted, and renewing restores the plan straight away.
Do we lose anything if we downgrade?
No. Tests, groups, members and results all stay. You only can’t add more until you are back within the smaller plan’s limits.
Can our tests be public?
Public tests and public exams are offered by our creator partners, who work directly with us. Every other organization runs private tests for its own student groups. Talk to us if you would like to become a creator partner.
